Harris should break with Biden's Israel policy and instead vow to enforce the Leahy Laws on Israel while in office. Democrats need to simultaneously argue against the "Israel First" GOP agenda.
Disagree. I favor a change in US Israel policy, but Uncommitted blew their chance to show they could be positive contributors to a winning campaign.
Harris held out a hand to them in Detroit before the rally, and after that all the way until Tuesday of convention week, and they didn't take it. Kept attacking her rhetorically. Kept disrupting. Kept passing around Russian/Republican disinfo talking points.
At this point, I would not trust that Harris making the moves you want would even be a net gain for the campaign. I've seen too many of these people (or accounts pretending to be these people, and followed by them) testifying that the entire Democratic party is part of a unified genocidal war machine, that it would be immoral to support. They'd call her a liar and tell people to vote for Jill Stein.
They don't endorse Harris, but then they "warn" against voting for Trump, and also against a third-party spoiler vote - which is the same as abstention, mathematically a half-vote for Trump. There are no other options!

Look, from the 'official' Uncommitted, this position is incoherent:
